Sumo Wrestling Tobler Style-

We had the kids stay home from school beacuse of snow last week.  We decided we would do some fun things at home- besides cleaning!!  So, we created our very own SUMO Wrestling match Tobler Style.  We usually do a "Nacho Libre" or "Kung Fu Panda" theme when we have had matches like this one.  But we decided that we would stuff ourselves with pillows and blankets this time until we could no more. 
It was the most funny thing to watch the kids come out of their rooms with their stuffed bodies.  They were so creative.  Rob was the most funny of them all.  He had to dance and jump, and make up some very interesting moves that had all of us laughing.  He is CRAZY!  The kids had a great time and of course we had a couple of girls crying because it got too rough.  But thye would get over it and get back in the "ring".  I love making memories like these with our kids.  This was preiceless and they are still talking about it.  It just comes to show that it doesn't take much to spend quality time as a family, especially for our kids.

Trip to Mt Baker...

So Rob and the big kids have been planning to make a trip to Mt. Baker to go skiing/snowboarding for months.  Rob finally had a chance to take a day off and take them.  James invited a friend along and had a great time.  Eliza loved, loved being with Daddy the whole time.  She came home with great stories to tell including a face plant that she experienced.  LOL.  James had a great story to tell as well.  I really love it when the kids have these great experiences to grow from. 
Rob was sweet enough to take pictures and also video them.  Enjoy...

Day-Trip to Seattle With Friends (Dec. 2010)...
